Emergency Call Systems
Critical Situations Demand Quick and Reliable Help
We can offer a suite of personal alarms to cater for your needs. The core response is handled via our much admired SOS-Portal. This is a 360 degree web-based software platform that manages reporting, localisation, escalation of events, comprehensive documentation of incidents as well as the management of participants. Our TRIO or smartphone app solutions are also available as emergency call devices – both of which providing indoor and outdoor localisation, in case of an alarm.
Ultra-Reliable, High Integrity Options that are Easy to Use
Our emergency call solutions combine a suite of high integrity options to meet the needs of both large companies and smaller enterprises alike.
At one end of the spectrum, you can opt for a simple, small scale emergency call solution. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a more fully featured wireless emergency call system that includes a dedicated emergency call centre to handle the processing of alarm calls. Both the location of first responders (via GPS and iBeacon) and the transmission of trigger device status data (alarm type, indoor and outdoor localisation) can be easily configured to suit customer requirements. All actions and parameters can be logged and documented so that the incident and subsequent responses can be accurately tracked for peace of mind.
Superior Protection for Lone Workers
Our emergency call system for lone workers delivers all round protection – whatever the event. If an injured person can still operate, they can easily trigger a call by simply pressing the emergency call button. Additionally, personal emergency call devices such as our TRIO or the SOS-Mobile-Apps are reassuringly designed to automatically detect and report falls, as well as subject immobility – all complete with a reassuringly high degree of accuracy. This system will ensure that you fully comply with your legal responsibilities as an employer. Thanks to the location feature which operates in both indoor and outdoor environments, an injured worker’s position data is immediately transmitted directly to the SOS-Portal. Rapid processing of a predefined rescue plan initiates response measures. These can be escalated where necessary and every step is documented.
Portable Lone Worker Safety Devices
The personal security emergency call system enables help to be quickly summoned in a discreet way in critical situations. This could be for example in cases where the public are threatened in public buildings or other places etc. A silent lone worker device alarm signal is discreetly triggered via a simple to use SOS-Button on the personal security device. The alarm in turn is routed to our dedicated SOS-Portal via the SOS-Gateway or the SOS-Mobile app to reassuringly provide automatic assistance within seconds. Post-event documentation can also be provided when required. This solution is totally suitable for lone worker safety in both stationary and mobile applications. Thanks to our seamless integration of SOS-Beacons for remote employee monitoring, positional data for the person seeking help is also transmitted in mobile applications.
